Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. However, we also work with manufacturer to ship directly from their factory. We usually ship via Singpost Registered Airmail, delivery time vary between 1-3 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance and other factors. We also offer expedited shipping upon request. Normally, our preferred carrier for European countries is TNT. While to Asia, we use Dpex. Expedited shipping usually takes only 2-6 business days, if you require such services, kindly drop us an email at sales@axtrosports.com.

Upon shipment, customer will receive an email with the tracking number as well as the website in which they can track their orders. Kindly note that registered mail only provides online tracking up to the point it leaves Singapore. Online tracking is available for certain countries such as USA. While courier has detailed tracking all the way to destination. Should you not receive your order within the stimulated time, kindly contact us.
